Dr Paul Duignan, Research Strategist

Dr Paul Duignan is an expert in designing research strategies, outcomes, evidence-based practice and evaluation who works for SHORE 1/10 as a Senior Research Fellow. His work with SHORE has included strategic input, grant applications, the design of research and evaluation projects and providing peer input on research and evaluation questions for the unit. He also has been involved in research dissemination and consultation and is currently involved in promoting electronic networking to disseminate research and best practice in the sectors relevant to the unit's work. 

In the other 9/10s of his work for Parker Duignan in Wellington New Zealand, he is involved in public sector strategic planning, developing research strategies, evidence-based practice frameworks and outcomes and indicator frameworks for public sector agencies in many different sectors including the environment, sustainability, health, defense, social welfare, arts and culture, transport and Maori development. He has consulted internationally on how to evaluate the work of international organisations.
