A Whariki project based in Te Tai Tokerau/Northland exploring the experience of healthcare for Maori with ischaemic heart disease (IHD) from the perspective of Maori patients, whanau, and healthcare practitioners including General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Community Health Nurses, Community Health Workers, Medical and Nursing Specialists.
