Dr Paul Duignan, PhD, M.Soc.Sci, M.A.

Paul is a psychologist, outcomes, evaluation, and strategy expert, and tech entrepreneur. He has been a Fulbright Senior Scholar at the Urban Institute in Washington D.C.; has undertaken outcomes work across almost all public and nonprofit sectors for governments and international organisations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF). His tech startup – DoView outcomes and strategy software – recently received prestigious Gartner Cool Vendor recognition. His interests include clinical psychology and the use of technology for large-scale well-being promotion; coordinating organisational and sector-wide research strategies; the use of visual strategy models for all aspects of organisational strategy, impact evaluation and outcomes; and how such strategy visualisation tools can be used to create richer stakeholder, sector and societal-level discussions and dialogue concerning outcomes and priorities.
